Previously mentioned dotnet upgrade build is now live on stable branch.

This is an update to support dotnet10 and latest upstream stable RT 275.2.0. Because dotnet10 breaks some backwards compatibility, all MV servers will have to do a (very small) update to the 1.0.6 version in their respective branches. BlepStation has already been updated and I have instructed Azalea how to do this update as well.…
